You must tell Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs whether the company has any taxable profits at the end of every tax year. A limited company must complete a corporation tax return for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs on an annual basis. You must also pay any taxes that are due from the company within nine months of the company year end each year. When you are a limited company then by law, anyone who is employed by your company must pay income tax and national insurance contributions.
