Ltd Company IdeasOnce you are registered as a limited company then you are required to file your business accounts with Companies House on an annual basis. Each year your business should complete an annual return and you should also update Companies’ House with the relevant details. You will have to pay a small annual fee to Companies house in order to file your accounts and your annual return with them.

You must tell Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs whether the company has any taxable profits at the end of every tax year. A limited company must complete a corporation tax return for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs on an annual basis. You must also pay any taxes that are due from the company within nine months of the company year end each year. When you are a limited company then by law, anyone who is employed by your company must pay income tax and national insurance contributions.
